Good breakfast selection with panoramic harbor views.

The parking situation is an absolute nightmare! I had to drag heavy luggage through a monsoon just to check in, as the hotel failed to communicate the necessity of contacting them directly for parking. The rooms have no AC, and the noise from the busy street outside was unbearable even with the balcony door open!

The location was magnificent, near a late-night club. I truly enjoyed reasonably spacious and silent room with a particularly good bathroom:)))

Here's my take on it

The location is perfect, right in downtown near the harbor. My room had a amazing view, and the breakfast on the top floor was excellent, especially the crispy bacon and variety offered. The staff was attentive, even providing fresh milk for my tea. Truly a fantastic experience overall!

had a standard room, after showering the bathroom was wet, because the shower area was not separated. Had loud neighbours in the night, unfortunately, but they were immediately quiet after being warned.

All breakfast tables covered with dirty dishes. I guess the team couldn't keep up with the cleanup. Annoying when the tables at the window are in demand. Still friendly staff everywhere. And the breakfast buffet was very good.

Shower came very long cold water. And the pressure was moderate. Black hair all over the tub on arrival.

The views of the harbor from my room were good. Breakfast on the top floor offered a good selection of tasty options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating .

No air conditioning in the rooms.

Breakfast was very tasty, breakfast room on the 10th floor with great view. Good location at the harbour. Proximity to the city centre.

We had such a great experience! The views from our suite were breathtaking, and breakfast on the top floor had amazing options, including yummy smoothies. However, the dated bathrooms could use an update.

Convenient to the centre of town, comfortable with all the necessary facilities, nice views. Reasonablly priced.

Two of the four mornings my room was made up, the coffee cup was not cleaned and the supplies not replenished. I had to go up to the restaurant for milk and sugar for my coffee. Also on one day the mini-bar was not restocked and I had to go down to the lobby to get a drink. Perhaps more attention to these details?

Our hotel room was very nice, the breakfast buffet was good and free coffee to go down in reception was a nice addition. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Central bus station and the city centre.

In the adjacent building, just below our hotel room, was a night club playing techno music (pound pound pound) untill 03 in morning both Friday and Saturday night. It didn't bother me too much cause I am a sound sleeper and my girlfriend brought earplugs. Perhaps the hotel should have earplugs available in the rooms.

Clean and reasonably comfortable. Friendly staff. Very short walk in to town centre.
